Position: Senior Analyst/Team Lead/AM/Manager -Treasury Operations - IC Role
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
Scope and Responsibilities
Experience with bank wire entry platforms a plus, but not required.
Excel experience: Strong; data entry, formulas/functions
Not concerned with years of experience; looking for someone who can take detailed notes; self-motivated; works under urgency and deadlines; communication skills as this member will be working with a team that takes action depending on the knowledge of what others have executed.
Microsoft Teams is a high use communication app for this group
PE Distribution batches processed from the Treasury Dashboard (internally developed), when submitted from other depts. Usually submitted to Treasury a few days in advance of value/delivery date (approx. 325 batches executed in 2023)WSO batches Processed from the Treasury Dashboard, when submitted from other depts., immediate execution required (approx. 700 batches executed in 2023)
CNB transfer report (Daily, every morning) processed from CNB and forwarded to MGTCO team, Treasury services email ccdExecute transfers, submitted by other departments, immediate execution requiredInvestor contribution reporting (Daily, every morning) login to US Bank Single point required, populate excel worksheet and deliver to Operations group every morning, Treasury services ccdCash worksheet confirming activity, monthly report from SS&C
