01Overview
Senior Executive / Executive- Finance / Treasury position shall be responsible & accountable for Supporting Manager Finance / Treasury, relating to the following:
Budgets, Forecasts , Monthly Planning & Monitoring relating to Treasury functions
Treasury - Working capital & cash flow management, FEMA and other applicable compliance
Managing Relationships with all the Banks, Credit Rating Agencies, Insurance Agencies and Global Treasury teams
Formulating policies/ SOPs in an ever changing and dynamic business environment. Come up with process improvement, cost reduction solutions.
Credit Management- Facilitating credit and project proposals based on corporate credit policy, past credit history, proposal submitted by business team. Interacting and coordinating with SBU finance/business teams.
Audit Compliance - Ensure Statutory / Group / Tax Audit Compliance; Ensure strong internal controls and ensure implementation of Internal Audit observations; SOX Compliance
Exposure to SAP, Proficiency in Excel and SOX compliance preferred.
Major Deliverables:
Ensure smooth Treasury operations, including the banking requirements / local regulations / FEMA compliance
Working Capital management efficiency with optimum financing costs
Analyze and improve work processes and policies.
No open items at month end
Ensure NIL escalations from auditors, relating to timely submission of information
Maximizing use of technology/analytics for enhancing the operational efficiencies

Good credit knowledge for deal structuring

Proficiency in MS Office (specially Excel, presentation and word) is a must
Proficient in both spoken and written English .
