Overview

As a Change Manager within the Global dedicated Treasury Operations organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing CTB deliveries across Treasury Operations to ensure the realization of targeted benefits. Your key responsibilities will include: - Oversight of all Treasury Operations Change initiatives, including Regulatory and business-driven change initiatives, Intelligent Automation, etc. - Management of the India Treasury Operations CTB team, with direct reporting lines. - Presenting the status of multiple programs to senior stakeholders, both locally and globally, and escalating issues when necessary. - Engaging proactively with partners such as Treasury Markets, Liquidity Management, Technology partners, and other operational teams. - Leading project working groups and ad-hoc meetings to resolve issues and drive program/project progress. - Creating strong business cases for future funding and prioritization as part of the annual Investment Governance process. - Acting as a single point of contact for strategy and change requests. In terms of qualifications and experience, the mandatory requirements include: - Graduate level education in business, finance, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 6 years as a Project Manager / Business Analyst in Back Office / Middle Office Operations. - Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, preferably within FX or Cash Management. - Extensive knowledge of methodologies and tools such as Agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office. - Experience with agile (scrum) methodology and conceptualization and solution definition. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills. - Proven track record of delivering complex business analysis in a Financial Services environment. Desirable competencies include Business Strategy, Business Analyst (BA)/Project Manager (PM) skillsets within IT Change deliveries, Team management, Industry Knowledge, Innovation, Managing Complexity, and Product Knowledge.
