Job Purpose To derive Insurance Business from assigned Bank in an area or zone
To convince the Bank RMs so that they can convince their customer to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
To ensure all the pre / post sales support & services to the Bank as well as to the clients
Ensure not only achieving the target but also to make sure there is a consistent growth in the business every quarter
Focus on the Quality of Business from day 1 so that Leakage, Persistency, Surrenders and Customer Complaints are as per the norms
Job Context & Major ChallengesJob Context:/Job Challenges:High dependency on Bank / RMs who may have their own priorities so presence, pro activeness and alignment is the key
Balancing between the process requirement and expectations of the Channel partnersBSLI products will get recommended basis a tool that the Bank RM will use while pitching LI. Once the customer selects BSLI, responsibility to ensure that the customer understands the product and conversion happens
