About the Role The Treasury Relationship Manager II (TRM II) is an reputed company banker responsible for managing and growing reputed company deposit and treasury relationships with small to reputed company-sized businesses in the Central Valley [reputed company/Southern California] market. This role leads business development efforts, manages higher-value portfolios, mentors junior staff, and ensures exceptional service and compliance. The TRM II contributes to strategic sales goals and collaborates across departments to reputed company tailored treasury solutions. Essential Duties: Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings. Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to reputed company long-term business. Uses CRM systems to reputed company interactions, update customer records, and manage pipeline activity. Manages a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients, identifying opportunities to grow deposits and TM product usage.
