Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with outstanding dues
- Convince customers to convert dues into EMI plans
- Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure recovery
- LOC Loan on Credit Card Sales (Juinagar): Sales Process
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer personal loans to existing credit card customers
- Explain loan benefits and features
- Drive sales conversions through outbound calling
- Activation Process (Juinagar): Customer Service / Activation Process
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers for credit card activation
- Guide customers through the activation process
- Ensure a smooth customer experience
- Retention Process (Juinagar):Customer Retention Process
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customers intending to cancel credit cards
- Address concerns and provide suitable solutions
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Shift Timing:
- Fixed Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Working Hours: 8 Hours + 1 Hour Break
Week Off Pattern:
- 2nd & 4th Week: Saturday & Sunday Off (Process Dependent)
- 1st & 3rd Week: Sunday Fixed Off
- Bank Holidays Applicable
- Some Saturdays may be working based on business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate Freshers Can Apply
- Graduate Experienced Candidates Can Apply
- Good Communication Skills Required
- Banking, Sales, Collections, Insurance & BFSI Experience Preferred
Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
Transportation Benefits:
