As a Turner in the Automobile Industry located at RIICO Ind Area Bhiwadi Rj, your role involves operating lathe machines to perform various turning operations such as facing, turning, grooving, threading, and boring. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure specifications and tolerances are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Selecting, installing, and adjusting cutting tools, work holding devices, and machine settings for optimal performance. - Measuring and inspecting finished parts using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain quality standards. - Performing routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs. - Monitoring machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish. - Following safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area. - Collaborating with team members, machinists, supervisors, and quality control personnel. - Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and production output. - Identifying and troubleshooting machining problems, implementing corrective actions. To qualify for this role, you should have: - ITI certification in Mechanical Turner or a related field. - Proven experience as a Turner in a manufacturing environment is preferred. - Strong understanding of lathe operation, machining principles, and cutting tool technology. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. - Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a machine shop environment. - Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills. The salary for this position ranges from 9,000 to 20,000 per month based on experience. Additional benefits include life insurance, provident fund, and a yearly bonus.
