Requirement - Must be available to join on immediate basis for on-site night shift (PST time zone). Job description - Role & responsibilitiesConduct client intake, collect accident details, insurance info, and medical documentation.Request, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, (HIPPA) and accident-related evidence.Draft demand letters, complaints, discovery, settlement packages, motions, subpoenas, and court forms.Maintain communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel.ssTrack deadlines, statutes, court filings, and maintain accurate calendars under CCP and CRC.Manage case files using legal software (Clio) and perform e-filing and e-service on California court portals.Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, deposition summaries, and legal correspondence.Handle and negotiate medical liens, prepare closing statements, and assist with settlement distribution.Assisting with California personal injury cases, including client intake, medical records review, demand preparation, and coordination with medical providers and insurance adjusters. .
