We are seeking exceptional design talent to join our team and create user interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on delivering top-tier user experiences.
Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile products.
Develop high-quality UX solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, you will be involved in the entire design process, from concept development to implementation.
Ensure that the visual design adheres to brand guidelines, effectively conveying the product's purpose and key messages to create a consistent and compelling user experience.
Collaborate in an agile environment, actively participating in design sprints and adapting to evolving project requirements.
Requirement
2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a preference for candidates with experience in the banking or fintech sector.
. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, interaction design, or a related discipline.
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design tools and technologies such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also being able to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
