Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, and sitemaps using industry-standard design tools.
Design responsive UI components, navigation, and interactive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct usability testing, identify UX issues, and refine designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
Maintain design consistency by adhering to UI guidelines, design systems, typography, color standards, and accessibility best practices.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies while contributing to product innovation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1+ years of industry, internship, or academic experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des/BFA) from a reputed institute; candidates from NID, MIT Institute of Design (MIT-ID), IIT Design Schools, Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID), NIFT (Fashion Communication), Srishti Manipal, ISDI, or equivalent institutes are preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, wireframes, prototypes, design thinking, and user-centered design methodology.
Hands-on experience with Figma and exposure to design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, InDesign, or CorelDRAW.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design principles, and design handoff to development teams.
Understanding of user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and Agile development practices.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time management skills with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. .
