Job Summary
Deliver end-to-end UI/UX design training through classroom-based, offline sessions.
Teach core UI/UX concepts including design principles, wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Train students on industry tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Notion, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
Guide students in creating qualified UI/UX portfolios using platforms like Framer and Behance.
Work on in-house UI/UX projects and integrate live project experience into training modules.
Monitor student progress through one-on-one mentoring and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students to be interview-ready through portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and industry best practices.
Plan and conduct workshops, bootcamps, and internship programs.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain training quality and learning outcomes.
Required Skills:
Solid practical knowledge of UI/UX design methodologies and workflows.
Hands-on expertise in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Notion, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong mentoring, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and student development.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
