01Overview
You are the design engine for both product UI and brand output dashboards and SaaS interfaces on one side, social/marketing/brand assets on the other. You report to the Operations Manager and partner with engineering, video, and marketing leads. Player role: you ship the work, you don't manage other designers. When junior design hires come in, you mentor them on craft.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Design product UI end-to-end dashboards, SaaS interfaces, internal tools, websites, landing pages (wireframes to high-fidelity mockups to clickable prototypes)Own the design system typography scale, colour tokens, spacing, components, dark mode, responsive behaviour; hand off to engineering with clean specsProduce brand and social design at volume thumbnails, social cuts, ad creative, decks, brand assets, icon sets, illustrationsDesign across multiple brand voices in the same week DTC consumer, B2B SaaS, B2C platform aestheticsHold a review layer for AI-generated output catch inconsistent grids, off-brand colour drift, generic icons, accessibility failures, and fabricated UI patterns before anything shipsTest and integrate new AI design tools as they ship (Figma AI, Galileo AI, Midjourney, Firefly, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Framer)What We're Looking For (Must-Have)35 years of UI/UX + graphic design experience, with projects across product UI and brand/social designB2B SaaS product UI designed end-to-end in portfolioAI-native design workflow uses Figma AI, Galileo AI, Midjourney, and at least one of Cursor / v0 / Framer dailyMulti-brand design discipline holds distinct brand voices visually and switches between them in the same dayAdobe CC competent Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (basic motion is a plus)Component and design-system thinking designs systems, not one-off screensAccessibility basics contrast ratios, type scale, focus states, alt text, mobilefirstHigh-volume daily cadence design throughput is on the critical pathAI tools are not optional.
