Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough credit analysis and appraisal of commercial borrowers to determine their creditworthiness.
Evaluate financial statements, industry trends, and other relevant data to assess borrower's risk profile.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive underwriting guidelines and policies.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Job Requirements :
2-8 years of experience in commercial lending or related field (credit underwriting).
Strong understanding of term loan products and ability to analyze complex financial data.
Proficiency in evaluating business plans, cash flow projections, and other key performance indicators.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred. .
