01Responsibilities
- To Create & maintain Cordial relations with Insurance Companies
- Prepare RFQ/Quote slip & send it to various insurers. Negotiation of Premium with the Insurance Companies
- Negotiation of Premium with the Insurance Companies and follow-up.
- Coordinating with RM and SM for information relating to Quotation on clarification.
- Float the data with insurance Companies.
- Follow up with the Insurance Company for quotes, Policy documents, Binder and Cover notes.
- Maintaining the data relating to RFQs
- Arranging at least 3 to 4 Competitive Quotes from the Insurance Companies.
- Maintain the declaration on Assets Side like gross block, Addition, deletion marine declaration.
- Checking the policy document before sending the same to the client.
- Follow-up with the RM and SMs for installment cheques /Endorsement cheques/Correction
- Should be able to carryout risk inspections .
