Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
712 years of experience in branch operations within an NBFC, bank, microfinance institution, or lending organisation.
Experience managing multiple branches or a regional operational unit.
Strong understanding of loan operations, documentation, disbursement, collections, KYC, AML, and audit processes.
Good leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned branches. .
