Position: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager
Channel: Banca Channel
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1+ year in Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales
CTC: Up to 6 LPA (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with bank branches
Generate insurance business through the banca channel
Achieve sales targets and business objectives
Coordinate with bank staff for lead generation
Maintain strong customer and branch relationships
