This role involves managing a team, coordinating with various departments, and executing innovative visual displays. Responsibilities - Visual Presentation of Store Standardization of visual presentation of MerchandisePlacement of fixtures as per the planogramPlanning a display calendar for the unitTraining on VM & Merchandise presentation to the retail staffManagement of Signages for instore & also for brands - Responsible for Focal Points & WindowsConceptualizing Design and Execution of Focal PointsEnsuring focal Points as per the planogramConceptualizing and designing of storyboards for Windows in the Store - Event ManagementPlanning, conceptualizing design & executing VM for eventsLiaison with Marketing for in store communication & events - Cost ManagementCost monitoring for VM & ensuring spends are within budgetsMaintenance of MannequinsManagement of VM props & elementsDocumentation of VM activities and budgets - Vendor ManagementSourcing of Vendors for VM elementsOutsourcing VM design execution Competencies Planning & Organizing Technical Knowledge Creative Communication Interpersonal Skills Monitoring & Controlling Networking Commercial Awareness Budgeting Negotiation Qualifications Education details: FDDI / NIFT -Fashion Designer .
