Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Roadmap :
- Define and execute the product roadmap for KYC, payments, and fund management modules.
- Align product strategy with business goals and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
KYC Management :
- Enhance digital KYC processes for seamless and efficient user onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for KYC and AML requirements.
Payments & Fund Management :
- Design and optimize payment workflows, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Collaborate with payment gateways, banks, and financial institutions for secure and reliable integrations.
- Monitor and improve transaction success rates and user experience.
User Experience & Engagement :
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Drive user engagement by identifying pain points and implementing data-driven solutions.
Data & Analytics :
- Use analytics tools to monitor key product metrics and performance.
- Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
- Coordinate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to launch and support new features.
Compliance & Security :
- Ensure all product features comply with regulatory and security standards in the broking/Fintech space.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure products meet evolving compliance needs.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience :
- 4 to 7 years of product management experience in the stock broking or Fintech industry.
- Proven experience working on KYC, payments, and fund management modules.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and processes in the broking/Fintech domain.
Skills :
- Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
