If you would like some flexibility then please discuss this with the hiring manager.To work and resolve technical problems in Linux/AIXs and work on service Operations tasks(Incident, Change, Problem, Patching) in 24X7 rotationLiaise with other support teams to address the internal support teams issues as well as share and adopt best practices being followed.What will you be doing Act as technical first point of contact internally and externally for break fix, incident, event, change and problem management.Promote the use of Technical Standards, Procedures and Best Practice and maximize the use of toolsets and automation.What were looking for:Engineering graduate with 6-8 years of experience in supporting enterprise Unix environmentRedHat Linux certifiedKnowledge of AIX/Solaris Excellent knowledge of Veritas volume manager, Veritas cluster and VVRSkills that will help you in the role:Excellent communication and articulation skillAbility to lead shift operation and drive interaction with senior stakeholdersKnowledge of automation, Chef, Powerbroker technologiesKnowledge of AWS/Cloud technologyWhere will you be working PuneBe More at BarclaysAt Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
