• Review drawings and ensure compliance with building bylaws, DCR regulations and approval requirements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved designs.
• Coordinate for statutory approvals and clearances.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications and design documentation.
• Identify design issues and provide practical solutions during project execution.
