01Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
- Handle customer queries on call, email and at branch counter
- Assist with Account Opening, KYC, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI
- Provide information about bank products and services
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
1. Back Office:
- Document verification and data entry in bank portal
- Process account opening forms and KYC documents
- File management and record keeping
- Coordinate with branch team for daily operations
1. General:
- Achieve daily targets with accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data
- Follow bank compliance and process guidelines
Preferred candidate profile
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, Typing
- Customer handling and problem solving attitude
- Ability to work in team and meet deadlines

- Experience: 0 to 2 Years
- Age: 21 to 30 Years
- Gender: Male / Female / Both can apply
- Location: Bhilai, Raipur, Bilaspur, Indore , Bhopal & other areas of Chhattisgarh and MP- Work from Office
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week
