As a member of the collections team, you'll be part of a high-performing group responsible for systematic follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relations in Kancheepuram. Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers in Kancheepuram TNAchieving 100% collection efficiency for the portfolioRegular follow-ups and timely reminders for customersFacilitating various modes of repayment, including digital optionsSupporting the business team by ensuring high levels of collection efficiency
Operations/Back Office Role
In this role, you will need a deep understanding of customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Generating new business in Kancheepuram Tamil NaduLiaising with different teams, including Credit, Legal, Technical, and CollectionsManaging relationships with existing customers.
Qualifications:
Must have completed graduation in any fieldPrior experience in operations/collections is essentialStrong communication skills, with fluency in Hindi andWillingness to travel within Kancheepuram, as occasional visits to customer locations (10%) may be requiredA positive attitude is a must
