About the Role
We are seeking customer-focused and proactive Chat Support Executives to provide exceptional support to customers through chat channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer chats and provide prompt assistance.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, process guidelines, and productivity metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/support tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
