Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Department: Sales Corporate DSA

Location: Delhi / Noida / Gurugram

CTC: 7-8 LPA

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

• Drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the Corporate DSA channel.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
• Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize business.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 48 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Banking/NBFC sales.
• Experience in the Corporate DSA, Channel Sales, or Direct Sales model is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and mortgage processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
