Role & responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for a US client.
- Resolve customer queries with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing effective and timely support.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience required into International BPO.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Immediate joiners required.
