Responsibilies
Conduct a review of customer le to check for accuracy, completeness, and ensuring all
supporng documentaon is uploaded
Primary contact for experse on policy and procedures.
Responsible for disseminang and implemenng changes to the policy and procedures
Idenfy training gaps and needs
Liaising with the Middle Oce Line of Business for any excepons and exempons
Iniate and coordinate client outreach for fetching client documentaons and any addional
informaon
Assess client legal hierarchy and the Know Your Client (KYC) documentaon required as per
policy
Able to idenfy red ags and judge the need for escalaon
Able to meet volume and quality check targets to meet service level agreements without
compromising on quality
Idenfy, recommend and implement process eciencies
Maintain a record of and report progress as required
Key Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with AI and producvity tools such as Microso Copilot, ChatGPT,
and other AI-enabled analycal plaorms to improve operaonal eciency and decision-
making.
Cercaon or training in Arcial Intelligence (AI), Generave AI, Data Analycs, or
related technologies will be an added advantage.
Solid communicaon skills, with the ability to interact eecvely with internal
stakeholders, clients, and cross-funconal teams.
AI-First problem-solving mindset, leveraging automaon and AI-driven soluons to
enhance processes, producvity, and accuracy.
Transformave and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for innovaon, connuous
improvement, and driving operaonal excellence.
