In this role, you will be resposnsible for the "passive" or back-office elements of our business cycle, focusing heavily on documentation, data integrity, and administrative support. This is an ideal role for a Commerce professional who excels in structured environments and possesses strong technical skills in data management

Passive Coordinator - Fresher (Male)
Location - Navi Mumbai, - Airoli
Salary: Starting 15,600K and Every 6 months salary Increments
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Accurately prepare, organize, and maintain essential business documentation and records.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel to sort, format, and apply formulas to large datasets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Process Coordination: Support internal teams by ensuring all MS Office-based workflows are completed with high attention to detail.
- Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication in English for internal reporting and documentation purposes.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or a related business degree.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (including formulas, data sorting, and formatting) and the broader MS Office suite.
- Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Mandatory Terms:
- Service Agreement: Selected candidates must commit to a mandatory 2-year service agreement (bond).
- Location: This is an on-site position based in Airoli; candidates must be able to commute to this location.
- Only Male Candidates prefered.
