Handle international calls from clients.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Understand customer requirements and ensure at positive customer experience.

Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AMAny 9-hour shift within the operational window5 Days Working2 Rotational Week Offs
Cab Facility
* Available 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided
Salary & Benefits
* CTC: 27,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: 24,000 per month
