- To source and achieve targeted vehicle business as per the business requirement.
- To be responsible for individual sales target completion.
- To generate lead via conducting multiple sourcing activities.
- To be responsible for maintaining positive relationships for the assigned DSA.
- To source current business channels, managing existing partner, and new business avenue.
- To be responsible for PDD closure of cases sourced by self.
- To resolute customer complaints by coordinating with the concerned department.
- To be responsible for early (X-Bucket) bucket collection & managing delinquency.
- To co-ordinate with collection team at field level in building a healthy sales portfolio.
- Responsible for cross selling business of the products as per the policy of the company.
- To ensure that the acquired cases do not fall under non-starter & early delinquent cases as per the norms of the company.
