Job Description :
The role involves reviewing customer documents, investigating potential matches, identifying false positives, escalating. ensuring compliance with AML and sanction regulations.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Profile requirement:
Strong AML/KYC and Sanctions Screening Knowledge - OFAC, UN, EU/UK HMT sanctions list, Sanctions evasion patterns (shell companies, aliases, false documentation), True match vs false positive Video KYC .
Accurate PEP Identification & EDD- Domestic vs foreign PEPs, Family members & close associates, when to escalate for EDD
Name Matching & Fuzzy Logic - Interpret fuzzy match scores, identify cultural name variations, Understand phonetic/alias matches, Separate true matches from false positives.
Analytical & Investigation Skills - Investigate hits, validate identifiers (DOB, address, nationality), Document analysis clearly, Make accurate riskbased decisions
Attention to Detail and Documentation Skills - Case notes, Escalations, Risk summaries, Match Decisions.
