We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Officers for our Home Loan sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through field activities, developing customer relationships, sourcing home loan business and coordinating with internal teams for processing and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Home Loan through field sales and direct market sourcing.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, property dealers, brokers and other local referral sources.
- Identify potential customers and understand their home loan requirements.
- Conduct field visits and promote Home Loan products in the assigned location.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Collect customer documents and complete initial application screening.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, approval and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan process.
- Maintain regular follow-up for pending documentation and customer requirements.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and local market activities.
Eligibility
1. 12th Pass + Sales Experience
- 12th Pass candidates with relevant sales experience can apply.
- Previous company relieving letter is mandatory.
- Salary: 18,000 In-Hand/month
2. Graduate Fresher
- Graduate candidates with no sales experience can apply.
- Salary: 15,000 In-Hand/month
3. Graduate + 06 Months Sales Experience
- Graduate candidates with 06 months sales experience can apply.
- Salary: 18,000 In-Hand/month
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.

Candidates who have absconded from their previous company will NOT be considered.
