Role Description This is a full-time, Assistant Project Manager role based in Gurugram. The Assistant Project Manager will support end-to-end project execution for industrial intelligence and automation deployments, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and client stakeholders. Responsibilities include expediting project activities, monitoring progress against milestones, preparing status reports, and proactively identifying risks and blockers. The Assistant Project Manager will also assist with documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of project processes to meet schedule, cost, and performance objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's Business Administration; MBA freshers required Hands-on skills in expeditor and expediting functions, including follow-up with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project components. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Robust problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar) .
