Handles employee engagement activities for the sales force. Analyses performance and aids in improvement of performance through HR interventions. Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes. Manages complex and difficult HR Projects. Ensures HR Compliance and Grievance Management. Builds a robust business relationship with the field. Plan and schedule monthly employee engagement activities across region. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks. Drives recruitment for assigned business channels within the prescribed timelines. Provide MIS on different aspects. End to end employee life cycle management Timely addresses disciplinary and behavioural issues as per matrix. Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
