Grade:- AM1/AM2

Education:- Any Graduate

Experience:- Minimum one-year outbound sales experience, Outbound Core Sales in VRM / credit card sales/ Insurance Background

Desired skills and competencies:-

• CCAs should be comfortable to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Great Communication and Negotiation skills. Customer focus and result orientated.
• Good In excel Knowledge.
• Candidate should be Good in communication skills ( Hindi and English).  
• Languages : Fluency in English & Hindi must and any one regional language.

Job Summary:- Outbound calling activity involves cross selling to existing HNI customers and converting new to bank leads getting generated via various digital campaigns.

Detailed Responsibilities:- 
1) Meeting daily calling productivity targets.
2) Meeting daily lead generation target for NTB as well as existing HNI customers.
3) Meeting daily and monthly conversion target as per goal sheet.
4) Attending daily team meetings for progress and performance.
5) ESQ on every customer contact.
6) Regular training on LUMOS
7) Adherence to code of conduct and compliance.
8) High quality scores and proficiency test.
