Junior Packaging Graphic Designer

Role Overview
We are looking for junior designers/artworkers who understand packaging and printing basics and can execute accurate, production-ready artwork.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on speed, accuracy, and learning print workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Create and adapt packaging artworks
Work on die-lines and understand tolerances of printing
Understand Pantone and Packaging constraints
Make client revisions quickly and accurately
Follow SOPs for:
File naming
Version control
Output preparation
Required Skills
Basic to good knowledge of:
Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
Photoshop
Understanding of:
Packaging layouts and die-lines
Basic Pantone (PMS) usage
Difference between RGB, CMYK and also have knowledge of colour and how it works in additive colour and subtractive colour spaces
Good attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple jobs daily
Preferred - Exposure to printing (offset / digital / gravure)
