Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region to increase market share.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis while providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback from clients to improve services and address concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.Com. preferred) or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
5-10 years of proven sales experience in logistics or a related industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects.
