Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) to join our healthcare/medical billing team. The AR Caller will be responsible for following up with insurance companies, resolving claim issues, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The role involves making outbound calls to insurance providers to check claim status, appeal denials, and update accounts receivable records accurately. Candidates should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. Knowledge of the US healthcare process, medical billing, and insurance terminology will be an added advantage.
