Job Description
To recruit, develop and manage the performance of the Agents. To create a pipeline of new agents. Manage licensing and activation as per the set plan. Coordinate with GTM specialists for training all agents regularly. Ensure that Agents have the required resource. Work with agents to create a success path. Develop a detailed activity plan for agent. Monitor and track performance against the plan. Work effectively with operations, claims and underwriting teams.

Primary responsibility is to deliver sales targets through recruiting, developing, leading and managing high performing Agents.
Actively support agents in identifying and growing new business and winning new customers.
Go for a joint call with agents wherever required.
Deliver the Agreed GWP Budget No. agents recruited & licensed Active agent %.
Expanding wallet share at each agent level Maintain the agreed Renewal Retention %
