Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with 3-8 years of experience in Capital Markets, Trading Platforms, or Exchange Technology. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of all trading functionalities and Risk Management System (RMS) processes, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. Experience in Crypto Exchange platforms will be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for trading and exchange platforms.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams.
- Understand and manage end-to-end trading functionalities, including order management, trade lifecycle, risk controls, and settlement processes.
- Define and validate business requirements related to RMS, margining, exposure management, and risk monitoring.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new product features and enhancements.
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off processes.
- Support product releases and assist in resolving business and functional issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in trading and risk management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, Exchanges, Brokerage, or FinTech domains.
- Strong understanding of:

- Spot, Futures & Options Trading
- Margin Management and Exposure Controls

- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Stock Exchanges, Commodity Exchanges, Brokerage Platforms, or FinTech applications.
- Knowledge of Crypto Exchange operations, digital assets, and crypto trading workflows.
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Capital Markets.
