2. Onboarding & DocumentationComplete joining formalities, background verification, documentationIssue offer letters, appointment letters, ID cardsConduct induction and orientation for new joiners

3. HR Operations & AttendanceMaintain employee master data, personal files, and HRMSManage attendance, leave, and payroll inputsHandle employee queries related to HR policies, PF, ESIC, Mediclaim
