Role & responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales teams.
Develop sourcing channels through DSAs, builders, connectors, and direct sales.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency levels.
Monitor branch profitability and productivity metrics.
Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
Recruit, train, and develop team members for enhanced productivity.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, HFC, or NBFC sector.
