1. Leading the team of Advisors like CAs, Tax Consultant, Influential House Wives, MLM networking professionals and people taken VRS.
2. Training, motivating & providing update market information.
3. Strategizing, planning & implementing new ideas of business.
4. Managing and servicing only Wealth Management and HNI customers.
5. Set up NRI Cell, devising acquisition strategy to cross-sell & acquiring Recent To Insurance clients.
6. Analyzing training needs with respect to products, behavioral and managerial Developing training modules.
7. Drawing the training calendar.
8. Imparting Class room Training on products or selling skills during Induction programs or Cycle meets and field trainings.
9. Exercise checks and controls effectively, for discipline performance.
10. Getting implemented companies strategies effectively and feedback.
11. Built a competent sales management team.
12. To achieve sales Targets.
2) Group sales Channel
Qualification - MBA.
Experience - 3 to 4 years.
Location - Mumbai - BKC.
Age limit - 25 to 32yrs.
CTC - 3.50 to 6.20 Lacs per annum + reimbursement.
1) 2-3 yrs of experience in Institutional Sales.
Experience of sales in a Finance industry would be an added advantage.
2) Past track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
3) Strong interpersonal skills and networking ability.
4) An understanding of the financial markets and the economy.

Key Performance Areas
The Relationship Manager will be allocated a market, the productivity of which he/she will be responsible for.
The role would primarily involve activities that include building a credible pipeline of prospective clients, understanding client needs, developing customized client proposals, deliver client presentations.
Achieve individual sales targets through new client acquisition.
Expand existing client relationships for further business opportunity.
Ensure 100% retention of existing clients.
Assist respective Mgr\"s with ground intelligence, to support field sales planning and strategy.
Establish and maintain high standards of sales quality, as measured by
