Experience: 810 years in the electrical products or power systems industry with a focus on specification sales and consultant relations.

Qualification: Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineerin(EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent
MBA (Marketing or Business Development) optional
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for driving technical sales, consultant engagement, and projectspecification for Indelecs advanced lightning and earthing solutions. The role demands a balanced blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills,interfacing closely with electrical consultants, MEP / EPC contractors, and project management consultants to ensure Indelec solutions are approved, specified, and implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure MAKE-APPROVALS of Indelec Lightning Protection and Earthing Systems with leading Electrical Consultants, EPCs, Government Bodies, and End Users.
- Conduct Lightning Risk Assessments (LRA) and prepare ESE Lightning Protection
- system designs using AutoCAD, aligned with relevant international and Indian standards.
- Prepare BOQs, technical documentation, and tender specifications supporting.
- consultant submissions and bid processes. Build and maintain a comprehensive project funnel, monitoring opportunities across design, tender, and execution stages.
- Develop and expand relationships with consultants, contractors, and key influencers in the Western region (primarily Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Goa).
- Support the Sales Team with technical expertise during tender and pre-bid discussions.
- Conduct technical training programs, product presentations, and consultant meets to strengthen awareness of Indelecs technologies.
- Track and analyse market intelligence on competitor products, specifications, and pricing strategies.
- Deliver on sales, specification conversion, and funnel growth targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Represent Indelec at industry events, trade fairs, and seminars to enhance brand visibility in Western India.
- Travel extensively across Mumbai and Western India for business development and project follow-ups.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in AutoCAD for lightning protection and earthing design layouts.
- Strong understanding of electrical standards and its applications in projects and consultant engagements.
- Familiarity with tendering, bid documentation, and technical approval procedures.
Core Skills:
- Proven ability to engage and influence electrical consultants, EPCs, and project stakeholders.
- Analytical capability for risk assessment and project funnel management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and proactive in approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively mostly in Mumbai .
