Urgent Requirement for Backend Developer (Python & Django)

Develop and maintain server-side components of web applications using Python and Django framework. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between the front-end and back-end systems. Develop efficient database models and queries using SQL or ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) tools like Django ORM. Perform system integration and unit testing to ensure high-quality and reliable software applications. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in production systems. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in back-end development, Python, Django, and related technologies. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain code quality. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Proven work experience as a Backend Developer, preferably with expertise in Python and Django. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Proficient in Python and its associated libraries and frameworks, particularly Django. Solid knowledge of database systems, SQL, and ORM concepts. Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and documentation. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Good to have: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration with back-end systems.
