Hiring: Sr. Technical Coordinator

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Salary: 8 - 9 LPA
Experience: 5-8 Years
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Technical Services.

Candidates must have experience managing technical operations in corporate facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day technical and facility operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage vendors, materials, and service contracts.
• Monitor utility readings and prepare maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
• Shift Details:

Rotational Shifts
Night Shifts
1 Rotational Weekly Off

AFM or FM designations will not be considered.
