Key Responsibilities:

• Call and explain Copyright, Patent & Trademark services.
• Handle existing and new client queries.
• Build client relationships and follow up regularly.
• Soft sales and client coordination.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Telecalling/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Comfortable interacting with clients over calls.
