Make recovery calls to customers, follow up on overdue EMIs, explain payment requirements, maintain call records, resolve customer queries, and support the collection team in achieving monthly recovery targets.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate/12th pass with good communication and tele calling skills.
Experience in loan recovery or collections preferred.
Comfortable handling customers, follow-ups, and recovery targets. .
