RM (Relationship Manager) -
Relationship Manager Banking (commonly at Banks) focuses on revenue generation,
high-net-worth client acquisition, and cross-selling wealth management and business banking products.
Core Responsibilities Portfolio Growth: Increase liability books and Investment AUM (Assets Under Management) portfolio sizes through new acquisitions and deepening existing client relationships
Revenue Generation:
Cross-sell business banking and wealth products including trade forex, insurance, mutual funds, investments, and retail assets.
Client Acquisition & Management:
Source high-quality, potential high-net-worth Insignia clients (resident and NRI individuals or business owners).
Portfolio Reviews: Perform regular portfolio allocations, reviews, and financial check-ups for each assigned client.
Service & Compliance: Coordinate with client experience managers for top-tier service delivery while strictly adhering to internal compliance, KYC, and AML
guidelines.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Minimum Graduate; an MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred.Experience: Generally 3 to 6 years for a standard RM role, and 6+ to 10+ years for a Senior RM or AVP grade position in wealth management or business banking with banks/NBFCs.Key Skills: Strong financial acumen, cross-selling capabilities, portfolio management, and excellent interpersonal communication.5 sites
