Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves meeting customers face-to-face, promoting insurance products, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships within assigned territories. Candidates should be comfortable with field travel and working in a fast-paced sales setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned territories to meet prospective customers and generate leads.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and sales presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and policy details effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Personal Bike and Valid Driving License are mandatory.
- 12th Pass/Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
