Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves meeting customers face-to-face, promoting insurance products, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships within assigned territories. Candidates should be comfortable with field travel and working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Travel within assigned territories to meet prospective customers and generate leads.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and sales presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain product features, benefits, and policy details effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Personal Bike and Valid Driving License are mandatory.
12th Pass/Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.
Basic understanding of insurance, banking, or financial products is an advantage.
